Recently, scammers have been misusing Fluv’s brand name and company name “Ke Ai Creative Technology Co., Ltd.” to post fake job listings in order to steal personal information or money. We are deeply sorry to hear this is happening, and urge everyone who cares about their pets to stay alert and watch out for scams<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Fraudsters have been posting fake “pet sitter” job listings under Fluv’s name, typically asking applicants to provide personal information or make further contact \u2014 all of which are scams. These fake messages most often appear on unofficial platforms or social communities, specifically targeting caring pet owners.<\/p>\n

How to tell real from fake: four tips from Fluv<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  1. Check whether the job platform is legitimate<\/strong>
    \nFluv’s official job listings only appear on reputable platforms such as 104 Job Bank<\/strong>. We do not recruit through unofficial communities or unknown messages.<\/li>\n
  2. We will never send unsolicited private messages asking for personal information<\/strong>
    \nOur customer service team and staff only contact you through our official LINE account, official customer service phone number, or official fan page<\/strong>. We will never proactively send private messages<\/strong> under a personal name requesting any personal information, including ID numbers or bank account details. If you receive such a message, please be on high alert immediately.<\/p>\n
