Q2. Are there any registration fees or monthly costs I need to pay?
A. There are absolutely no upfront costs, registration fees, or annual membership fees. Everything from downloading the app to registering as a sitter, screening, and training is completely free. You can get started with zero risk.
Q3. Can I cancel a confirmed booking if something comes up?
A. You can decline before a match is confirmed, but last-minute cancellations of confirmed bookings are strictly prohibited. Since cancellations can seriously disrupt a pet owner’s work or travel plans, we ask that only those who can reliably manage their schedule apply.
Q4. How do I receive payment?
A. After completing a service, payments are processed securely through Fluv’s system. You can focus entirely on caring for pets without worrying about payment issues.
Q5. What types of pet care are most common?
A. The most common requests are dog walking and caring for cats while their owners are away (feeding, water refills, litter box cleaning). You’ll only be matched with pets you feel comfortable caring for, so there’s no pressure.
