Mao Xiaoi attaches importance to the prior communication with the client and respects everyone's schedule. Therefore, there is no obligation to stipulate when the babysitter visits, accepts orders, and customer payments, but in order to protect the nanny's rights, the babysitter must provide service after confirming the customer's payment.
The time when the customer confirms the completion of the service will affect the date on which the Babysitter receives the order. If the customer does not act “Confirm Complete” later, the system will automatically “confirm completion” 3 days after the service is completed.

After the order is accepted by the sitter, the sitter should make an appointment with the customer before the official start of the service, to confirm the details of care, the location of the items, the relationship between the pet and the sitter to ensure the full performance of the official service.
