Sitter training built with international pet behavior experts
Training & tests / Always updated / International partners
We test and teach what sitters actually run into
The test is not only about experience — most of it is about real situations: what do you do when a nervous cat hides and won't come near? Which foods must cats and dogs never eat? Each service type has its own questions, too: bathing sitters are tested on bathing, dog walkers on walking. The training material is split the same way, one set per service. Specialist topics such as dog-walking safety are taught in-house by professional pet trainers, and cat behavior is taught in partnership with Cat Chat, a Taiwanese cat-behavior specialist group.

What goes wrong, and what is missing, goes back into the material
Every complaint and every piece of feedback from pet parents and sitters gets traced back to what went wrong — whether the process was not clear, or the material never covered it — and the answer is written up as new training content and new test questions. Talking with vets and pet trainers in Taiwan often turns up things we should have been teaching and were not, and those go in too. So the material keeps growing; it is not written once and left alone.
