What Fluv customers are saying

The initial meeting and communication were seamless! I was worried about how my pets would react to being cared for by someone outside the family, but it went surprisingly well. They seemed so relaxed, and I received so many photos that I feel confident booking again next time!

—Orange's mom

Our 14-year-old dog is blind and requires special care, including eye drops, medication, and assistance with bathroom breaks. The Fluv pet sitter provided detailed reports with photos and text. Even though it was only for three days, our whole family felt completely at ease. It was clear that the sitter is a kind person who truly loves dogs.

—Kotaro's mom

We always used pet hotels when traveling, but I wanted to let my pet relax at home, so I decided to try Fluv. We were away for about a week, and thanks to the daily photos and detailed reports, I didn't feel anxious at all! I am truly grateful to the sitter and will definitely use this service again.

—Maru's mom

Our Husky is very active and needs two hours of walking every day. When we used to board him, he would get stressed from the lack of exercise and be completely exhausted when he got home. Fluv ensures he gets plenty of walking time, and the sitter was even used to the way Huskies pull on the leash, which was a huge relief.

—Yuki's dad

Our Fluv pet sitter is attentive, responsible, and has extensive experience caring for senior dogs. I felt completely comfortable leaving my 18-year-old dog in their care. They provided proactive updates throughout the visit and clearly understood my dog's needs. I highly recommend them to any pet owner who needs care for an elderly dog!

—Maru's dad

Sora, our Shiba Inu, doesn't warm up to anyone outside the family. At boarding facilities, she wouldn't eat for three days and couldn't be left there. During our initial meet-and-greet, the sitter took the time to slowly build trust. On the day of the visit, Sora ate her meals at home and looked so relaxed in the photos, which put my mind at ease.

We're actively expanding our coverage — please reach out via our official LINE if you'd like us to serve your area.

🐾 My pet is shy and takes time to warm up to people. Will Fluv still work for us?

For shy pets, we recommend arranging an in-home meet and greet beforehand. With you present, your pet can interact with the sitter in a familiar environment, which helps ease any anxiety. If you still have concerns, feel free to speak directly with your sitter to decide together whether the service is a good fit.

Please note that if your pet shows aggressive behavior, this service may not be appropriate. This policy exists to protect both your pet and your sitter, and to prevent accidents caused by excessive stress or excitement.
