Fluvのアプリ外で支払いを行った場合はサービス保証が適用されません。また、ペットシッターは契約解除となります。

Fluvのペットシッターは全員、本人確認及び必要なトレーニングや審査を受けています。予約前に各ペットシッターの評価や該当資格をご覧頂くことも可能です。

How do I delete my account?

You can choose the care service that fits your needs, such as in-home pet sitting, dog walking, and overnight pet boarding.

How do I find the right pet-care service?

1. Open the Fluv app. 2. Go to Home. 3. Select a service type, enter your location, and tap Search. 4. When you find a service you like, tap Request Booking. 5. Enter the care details and tap Request Booking (the booking is only confirmed after the sitter accepts and payment is completed).

How do I check my orders?

1. Open the Fluv app. 2. Go to the Orders tab. 3. Tap My Orders. 4. All of your orders will be listed.

How much does it cost to book a pet sitter?

In-home sitting: from 4,000 yen per visit. Dog walking: from 2,000 yen per 30-minute walk.

Can I pay the sitter in cash?

If payment is made outside the Fluv app, the service guarantee does not apply, and the pet sitter's contract will be terminated.

How does Fluv keep pets safe?

All Fluv pet sitters go through identity verification along with the necessary training and screening. You can also review each sitter's ratings and qualifications before booking.

How does Fluv protect pet owners?

Booking · Same-day and next-day bookings are available for sessions of 1 hour or more.
· For long-term requests (3+ days), unexpected issues can sometimes arise.
※ We ask that sessions be at least 1 hour per day (either one 60-min session or two 30-min sessions).

Cancellation policy 100% fee applies if cancelled the day before the session.
Cancellations during an active booking period are not permitted.

Payment deadline Payment is due within 2 days of the sitter accepting the booking. After this window, the sitter may cancel the request.
