The Heart of an Active Pet Sitter

As a pet sitter with more than a decade of experience, I have worked at a pet store and have a deep understanding of cat and dog habits, behaviors, health risks, and stress reduction methods. I often take care of stray cats and interact with many cats. In addition, I work with animal protection organizations to help protect cats find adoptive families and arrange visits to animal hospitals. Not just cats, I also have a wealth of dog care experience, from a small Yorkshim to an oversized Tibetan mastiff, and I have taken care of dozens of dogs. Whether it's a young, lively dog that needs to vent, a pet undergoing long-term cancer treatment, or an elderly pet, I have extensive experience in caring for it.

Currently, I work as a veterinary assistant at an animal hospital and am also the owner of 7 cats and 1 dog. I am constantly learning the basics, including caring for older pets and cat habits.

👤 Suitable for caregivers who want to earn collaboration fees

The platform is based on what the caregiver offers in the app Image, Information Update, and Records Collaboration Desk, Pay collaboration fees based on the items filtered through the platform.
(Collaboration costs about NT$240 to $1680, depending on collaboration volume and configuration)

This fee is Image and Information Collaboration Fee instead of charging for the care act itself.
Collaboration content includes:
● Daily photos available
● Assist with care records

All processes are based on “Image Record Provision Collaboration” and the platform does not charge or intervene for the care itself.

Fluv's role is to provide a technical platform for communication, mediation and process management to help owners and caregivers build connections.
On the platform:
● THE CARE ACT ITSELF IS VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY THE CAREGIVER AND NOT CHARGED TO THE BREEDER
● The platform charges the breeder owners a platform mediation service fee(Technical service related)
● The platform pays collaborative caregivers the collaboration fee for providing image/information
● The platform does not operate a paid boarding service and does not instruct carers to provide paid accommodation quality care

🐾 How do I receive money?

1. Please make sure that the account set up in the “My/Babysitter/Set Up Receipt Account” in the APP is correct. Non-Cathay Shiva accounts will be charged a cross-line fee during the transfer, the transfer fee of $1000 or less is $10, and the transfer fee of $1001 or more is $15.

3. Number 5 of each month will settle the “Confirmed Stay” order for the previous month and transfer the funds agreed to the Babysitter to the account set up by 1. In the event of a holiday, the transfer will be postponed to the next business day.

🐾 How does the platform provide babysitting coverage?

In general, pet care helpers are 100% responsible for accidents with pets; all services traded through fur and love include Cathay Thai Pet Insurance, which can disperse liability risks.

⚠️ For customer complaints, the platform asks for objective evidence from the point of view of fairness and fairness of third parties. Because “True Care Returns” is a necessary part of the babysitting service, if the customer does not report the transaction to the platform and the nanny cannot prove the return, the platform will process the order in a refund manner; on the contrary, if the babysitter has properly executed all customer transactions and takes a photo of the return. The platform ensures that the babysitter receives the payment for the order. In order to protect their own interests, babysitting services are required to take photographs of all customer transactions to avoid the customer being misled without being able to prove themselves. The home related services also need to take timely photographs of the situation and notify the customer when entering and leaving, so that customers do not think that the service time is inaccurate.
