Sitters will provide full photo updates of the pet?s condition to pet parents, including every action, eating, and toilet behavior. Before booking the service, pet parents can also arrange a pre-service home visit or site inspection with the sitter to get acquainted and ensure comfort. Pet parents can also install cameras or rent them from the platform (free rental available upon meeting certain conditions).

Our mission is to ensure every fur baby feels loved, including those without homes. Since its inception, Fluv has used a portion of its revenue to assist in rehoming 45 stray animals, organized more than five large-scale charity events, and provided free advertising space to facilitate the adoption of strays, aiming to reduce Taiwan's stray animal population. Additionally, Fluv continues to engage with the government to advocate for amendments to animal protection regulations. Currently, it collaborates with PACK Taiwan on a rehoming project, offering adoption spaces to SPCA Taiwan and Stray Animal Garden. In the past, Fluv has partnered with brands like Carousell, celebrities, and KOLs to host charity concerts and auctions.
Providing affordable American-style pet care education to the public, creating flexible job opportunities for women re-entering the workforce, seniors, students, and others. This initiative aims to bridge societal gaps in gender, age, education, and background disparities in income. Currently, approximately 20% of pet sitters come from these demographics. Fluv collaborates with organizations like the Zhongshan Foundation Women's Association, Good Shepherd Church of Christ, and participates in Taipei City Social Innovation Lab and New Taipei Social Enterprise initiatives led by Audrey Tang.
